If you have never experienced a warm summer day walking down the streets in the Historic Third Ward, you don’t know what you are missing. It is a favorite place of mine for so many reasons; I was a resident there for 5 years when there were only a handful of people brave enough to live there.
Buffalo, but I soon became a first time homeowner in one of my fondest properties I ever lived in. I worked around the corner in my family’s furniture store, Rubin’s Furniture, (
estate had to offer and was lucky enough to fall into my first listing at a condo conversion of a building located at 205 North Water, Riverwalk Plaza condominiums. I than realized that this was my niche market as I had lived and worked there for over 5 years. I am entering into my 9th year with Shorewest Realtors and have loved every minute of it.
